Volunteer Opportunity: Board of Directors
Are you looking for a unique leadership opportunity? Have you been seeking opportunities to use your skills and passion to support those in need within our community? Join HSBV’s Board of Directors!
As a Director, your role will be to uphold high standards of fiduciary responsibility, loyalty, and duty of care while helping guide HSBV’s mission, strategic objectives, financial oversight, and leadership. Duties include setting the mission, managing Board operations, ensuring legal and fiscal compliance, and maintaining confidentiality.
